- Maintain general ledger accounts covering deferred revenue, inventory, and cost of goods sold.
- Prepare journal entries, complete account reconciliations, and support month-end variance analysis.
- Assemble supporting schedules and address requests from external auditors.
- Record existing workflows and recommend improvements to accounting processes, systems, and controls.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Development on accounting and operational needs.
- Process vendor invoices and maintain customer billing and master data in NetSuite.
- Manage assigned month-end close activities and submit accurate reconciliations on schedule.
- Deliver reliable reporting and analysis while supporting operational coordination.
- Build and document foundational accounting procedures and recommend improvements as the company expands.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience, including co-op and internship experience.
- Currently pursuing a CPA designation.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Logical and analytical problem-solving ability.
- High attention to detail, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to meet tight deadlines amid competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- NetSuite experience is advantageous.
- Co-op or internship experience involving month-end close, reconciliations, or audit support.
